To log on to the member area, you will require a username and password. These will be on the cover letter you receive upon joining.
Your username will be your BFA member number (for group members, your username will be your FlowersDirect or Flowers by Florists member number). If you have membership through more than one organisation, only one login will be assigned, please contact the Secretariat by email and we will let you know which login to use. Once logged in, you will be able to view additional page content in this section.
When logged in, you will be able to access the pages in the Members Only area. To test if you are logged in, try to access a Members Only page such as Member Offers; if not logged in, you will see a message asking you to log in - if you are logged in you will be able to view the page. This is the ONLY change you will notice when logged in - the rest of the website remains exactly the same.
New Members:
Your password will be posted to you within 28 days of joining. If you have not had your password, please contact the Secretariat.
Technical Difficulties and Forgotten Passwords:
If you cannot login or have forgotten your password please email memberships@britishfloristassociation.org and be sure to include your shop details so we can locate you and advise the correct login details. Please remember that your password is case sensitive and that currently there is no visible website indication that you are succesfully logged in. An improvement to the the current login feature will be implemented in 2011.
