BRITISH FLORIST ASSOCIATION (BFA) TRAINING & EDUCATION ANNOUNCEMENT

19 May 2010

The BFA are planning three seminars aimed at tutors and training providers with information on the new Work Place Qualification. The seminars will be presented at three different locations, the north, south west and south east of the country with two professional presenters guiding attendees through this very important new qualification.

It's the desire of the new BFA Training & Education Committee that these seminars will take place in mid July and will be free to attend. Commenting on the seminars BFA vice-president and chairman of the BFA T&E committee said "This is the first of many planned initiatives to bring together college tutors and training providers and present important changes or developments that will help them to achieve greater success with their students" Brian went on to say "The BFA are keen to embrace all tutors for the long term in raising standards and promoting floristry as a real career choice".

If you're interested in attending one of the seminars (dates and venues to be confirmed) please register your interest by emailing us at info@britishfloristassociation.org with the subject heading "Tutor Seminars". Details will be sent out and posted on the BFA web-site as soon as they are confirmed.
