Employment issues

Please be aware that if you are using the BFA’s written statement covering the main terms and conditions of Employment you should bear in mind that there have been some updates to the original terms prepared in November 2004.  Although you are not required to amend your written statement the changes should be noted and observed by you as an employer.  These are available from the Secretariat on 0870 240 3208 or info@britishfloristassociation.org

Contract of Employment
The BFA have available a Written Statement of Main Terms and Conditions of Employment, professionally prepared. These are £5.00 plus VAT, plus £2.50 postage and packaging. To obtain a copy please telephone the Secretariat on 0844 800 7299 if paying by credit or debit card, and you can also now purchase these online, please click here for our online shop. Or send a cheque payable to "British Florist Association Ltd" to us at PO Box 5161, Dudley DY1 3HL. Please state if you require a paper copy, or a copy on disc.
