Indeed, the RHS and other flower show organisers look at Instagram accounts to get a measure for how popular a florist is and it’s a factor in selecting exhibitors. In this fast and furious 90 minute session, social media expert Paul Ince will whizz you through features and trends that are winning Instagram so that you can up your #GramGame and get noticed.

A keen advocate for user experience (UX), Mark works closely with his team to research and understand the ideal purchasing journey of a customer, helping florists to maximise the features of their floristPro website.
