We deliver courses across an extensive range of provisions, from 14-16 year olds and apprenticeships, to A-levels, university levels courses and adult learning, with dedicated campuses and employment-focused results.

Our purpose-built, multi-million pound building houses our University Centre, whilst South Sefton Campus is home to our dedicated Sixth Form Centre. We also have a specialist hotel school and flagship restaurant, industry-focused hubs, and a unique enterprise village with a salon, florist, café and gym. Floral Design Courses

FLORAL DESIGN (CITY & GUILDS TECHNICAL CERTIFICATE) Level 2 & Level 3

Duration: Each level takes one year to complete.

About these study programmes: These study programmes cover a wide range oftopics and all aspects of Floral Design. You will betaught how to produce floral designs in a variety ofways, as well as learning theory, sales, customerrelations and how to advertise your business. Youwill also undertake work placements as part of yourcourse.

Skills and topics you will learn/cover:

– An introduction into art and design for florists

– How to identify, check and monitor the incoming stock

– How to identify and maintain plants and planted designs

– How to plan, prepare and construct arrangements and designs

Course Costs and Finance

Aged 16-18: Free.

Aged 19+: there may be fees associated with our courses.

You may be eligible to have some, or all of these fees waived by the College, depending on your individual circumstances.
